Campus takes unique approach to Earth Day celebration

Ever seen a car run on vegetable oil? The Penn State Brandywine Environment club has that and more planned in celebration of Earth Day beginning at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22.

The campus grounds will be buzzing with talk of environmental issues and the sharing of ideas and solutions for local and global environmental issues.

Attendees will take an ecological footprint quiz measuring each person’s impact on the earth, see a car that runs on vegetable oil, practice drumming in a circle, and enjoy homemade food near the gazebo in the center of campus.
