As part of the Summer Sounds of Jazz and Outdoor Film Series, Penn State Altoona will present a showing of the 1973 classic "American Graffiti" at 10 p.m. Friday, July 10 in Heritage Plaza, downtown Altoona.
Sponsored by Penn State Altoona and the Great Altoona Economic Development Corporation, "Fridays on the Plaza" offers free outdoor entertainment for the public. Every other Friday through Aug. 21, family and friends can enjoy jazz concerts by a variety of regional artists from 6 - 10 p.m. in Heritage Plaza along 11th Avenue. The Randy Jackson Jazz Band will perform July 10 before the movie.
