University Park, Pa. -- Staff members at Penn State Public Broadcasting have put two large paper quilts on display in the lobby of the State College Municipal Building at 243 S. Allen St., State College, Pa. The colorful artwork was created by toddlers and other young artists during Children and Youth Day at the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts.

The paper quilts will be on display through August. Kids used crayons, markers and stickers to decorate the quilt blocks and WPSU staffers assembled the quilt using ribbon and tape.

WPSU serves central Pennsylvania with programming, educational services and community outreach. Its public media services produce, acquire and distribute programs that address local interests and reflect the diverse cultural, political, geographic and demographic characteristics of an audience within central Pennsylvania.
