At 7 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 14, join Richard Carlson, associate head professor of psychology at Penn State, as he talks about the department's two online undergraduate degree programs and how Penn State is working to make higher education accessible to everyone. Carlson is in charge of the Penn State World Campus psychology programs.
