Larry the Cable Guy scheduled to return to the BJC Nov. 12

University Park, Pa. -- Comedian Larry The Cable Guy is returning to Penn State's Bryce Jordan Center for one night only, at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 12.

Tickets are on sale now, and can be purchased at the Bryce Jordan Ticket Center, Eisenhower Auditorium, Penn State Tickets Downtown, the Penn State Altoona Campus, online at http://www.bjc.psu.edu/ or charge by phone at (814) 865-5555. Tickets are $43.75.

Larry the Cable Guy is out in support of his latest stand-up CD, "Tailgate Party," which was released on Sept. 22. The Nebraska native and mainstay on the famous Blue Collar Comedy Tour has seen three previous albums go gold, while selling out theaters and arenas all over the United States. He won the 2006 Billboard Top Comedy Tour Award and has been named to the Forbes Celebrity 100 list for the second year in a row.

Joining Larry’s Tailgate Party Tour will be up-and-coming country singer/rapper Colt Ford, as well as actor/comedian Josh Wolf.

Ford is gearing up for the Oct. 6 release of his CD/DVD "Country Is As Country Does," which will be sold exclusively at Wal-Mart. He is also known for writing a theme song for "Professional Bull Riders" (PBR), and has worked with John Michael Montgomery, Montgomery Gentry and Cledus T. Judd, among others.

Wolf is a young comedian who has had guest roles on TV shows like "My Name Is Earl" and "All Of Us." He also has been a consistent roundtable guest on the hit E! talk show "Chelsea Lately."
