Professor of engineering science and mechanics to lecture in Japan

Charles Bakis, distinguished professor of engineering science and mechanics, will present an invited lecture at the International Workshop on Life Cycle Assessment of Sustainable Infrastructure Materials held Oct. 21 and 22 in Sapporo, Japan. His presentation is titled “Life Cycle Analysis Issues in the Use of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composites in Civil Infrastructure.”
