The Office of Human Resources at Penn State has announced a "family health makeover" workshop for faculty and staff, to be held from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 22 in room 205 of the Student Health Center. The workshop also will be available online via Adobe Connect.
Part of Penn State's Health Matters series, the workshop is presented by Highmark Blue Shield and will help individuals to create a practical plan for building a healthy lifestyle for every member of their families through the exploration of 10 tips for a family health habit makeover.
