Penn State Great Valley to hold green information technology symposium

Penn State Great Valley will host its first Green IT Symposium from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 14, at the Conference Center at Penn State Great Valley. Discussions will focus on helping IT departments become more environmentally friendly.

Those responsible for investigating options and implementing procedures for transitioning their IT departments to Green IT are encouraged to attend. Panelists will include representatives from PECO, Exelon, the Chester County Workforce Investment Board, and the new ventures and entrepreneurial studies program at Penn State Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Studies.
