Eberly College of of Science to hold Alumni Science Academy June 6-10

The Eberly College of Science will hold the inaugural Alumni Science Academy (ASA) from June 6 to 10. The ASA is open to all Penn State alumni. The registration fee is $1,589 plus lodging; $250 of the fee will be used to fund a scholarship for a child to attend a Science-U summer camp.

Participants will be able to collect and analyze evidence, fingerprints and crime scene photos; identify suspects; and figure out "whodunit" during the ASA's “Ponzi Scheme Mystery on Campus.”

Participants will experience hands-on crime-scene investigation and will be part of an elite investigative team led by Robert Shaler, founding director of Penn State’s Forensic Science program, and Mitchell Holland, forensic science faculty member.

For more information, contact the Development Office at 800-297-1429 or send an e-mail to Tracey Moore at tsc105@psu.edu for more information.
