Two Penn State University librarians were elected recently to prominent positions in the Reference and User Services Association, a division of the American Library Association. Head of Reference, Collections and Research Gary White was elected RUSA vice-president/president-elect, while Business Librarian Kevin Harwell was elected Business Reference and Services Section member-at-large.
