'Go Joe XIII' kicks off at University Park

University Park, Pa. -- The WNEP-TV Newswatch 16 This Morning show broadcast live from Penn State's University Park campus this morning (July 19), to kick off Morning Meteorologist Joe Snedeker's annual Go Joe bicycle ride for charity. The ride has raised more than $1 million in the last 12 years, to benefit St. Joseph's Center in Dunmore, a facility that serves severely mentally and physically challenged children and young adults. All morning, Snedeker and anchor Tom Williams did live segments from campus, joined by the Penn State cheerleaders, the Nittany Lion and Penn State President Graham B. Spanier, who set off on the bicycle ride with Snedeker.
