Penn State College of Medicine employees can attend the flu vaccine clinic from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Oct. 5 and 6, rooms 302A and B, at the University Conference Center on the campus of Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. The following guidelines apply:
-- All employees (full-time, part-time, with or without Penn State Highmark Health Plan) are FREE.
-- Benefit-enrolled spouse/partner of employee is FREE (must be enrolled in employee’s Penn State Highmark plan).
-- Nonbenefit enrolled spouse/partner will pay $26.
-- Dependents who are not a spouse/partner are not eligible.
-- Retirees, with or without benefits are not eligible.
-- Retirees who are spouse/partner of an active employee will pay $26.
-- Students may participate only if they are Penn State employees.
All employees should register for a vaccine at http://www.ohr.psu.edu/healthmatters (click on Health Matter Programs, then Wellness Screening, then View Courses, then Flu Vaccine). Spouses need to call 814-865-3085 to register.
