Patricia Jabbeh Wesley's poem "One Day: Love Song for the Newly Divorced," has been selected by the 2004-06 Poet Laureate of the United States and poetry consultant Ted Kooser to be featured in his newspaper column and in his magazine, American Life in Poetry.
Wesley’s poem also will be permanently featured on the Poetry Foundation website. The poem originally appeared in Wesley’s newest book of poetry, "Where the Road Turns" (Autumn House Press, July 20, 2010). Wesley is an assistant professor of English at Penn State Altoona.
