USGS researcher discusses sustainability of natural resources

Ken Williams from U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) will address the need for new methods and technologies to ensure the sustainability of our natural resources at 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 18, in 112 Walker Building on Penn State's University Park campus.

Williams, chief of the Cooperative Research Units for U.S. Geological Survey, will present his talk, “Sustainability, Resilience and Adaptive Management of Renewable Resources” as part of the  Fall 2010 EarthTalks seminar series, “Embracing Change: Resilience and Adaptation in Turbulent Times.”
