Free language interpretation service available at UHS

University Health Services (UHS) provides an interpretation service to assist with effective patient communication. Supporting 170 languages, the service allows three-way conversations between the patient, UHS staff and an interpreter assuring that no information is lost in the process.

The language line can be used to improve communication with UHS staff during any on-site visit including clinical appointments, insurance advising and appointment scheduling. All medical information collected through UHS -- including language line conversations -- is strictly confidential.
