University celebrates long history of Beaver Stadium

All season long, Intercollegiate Athletics is highlighting the history of Beaver Stadium in the Penn State Football Kickoff gameday programs to mark the stadium's 50 years in its current location. View photos and read about the history of Penn State's football venues, from Beaver Field, the team's first permanent home between present-day Osmond and Frear laboratories in central campus in 1900, to "New Beaver Field" near the Nittany Lion Inn, to Beaver Stadium in its current location.
