Vice Provost for Global Programs to speak at IT Matters series Feb. 10

Faculty and staff arecan join in a discussion with Michael Adewumi, Penn State's vice provost for Global Programs, at the next IT Matters Breakfast Series. The event will be held from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 10, in the Nittany Lion Inn Ballroom. For program details and to register, visit http://it.psu.edu/itmatters online.

Adewumi will highlight the work of the Office of Global Programs, and share his perspectives on Penn State's vision of global leadership in scholarship and international engagement. In addition, Kevin Morooney, vice provost for Information Technology, will join Adewumi in discussing the critical role IT plays in supporting the University's global efforts.

IT Matters is a speaker series designed to bring topic experts, faculty and staff together to share food, ideas, and information, hosted by the vice provost for information technology. A breakfast buffet will be available during the program. There is no charge to attend but registration is required. For those unable to attend in person, an Adobe Connect link will be available on the IT Matters site the morning of the event.
