Final exams end Friday; commencement set for May 14

Final exams at Penn State New Kensington conclude Friday, May 6, along with the spring semester. Commencement is set for 10 a.m. Saturday, May 14, in the campus Athletic Center. Dave Ciesinski, group vice president and chief marketing officer for Heinz U.S. Consumer Products, a business unit of the H.J. Heinz Company, is scheduled to deliver the commencement address.

More than 100 graduates will receive master's, baccalaureate and associate degrees at the commencement exercises. New Kensington Chancellor Kevin Snider will confer undergraduate degrees and William Bigos, assistant professor of education at Penn State Harrisburg, will confer master of education degrees. Lorri Wildi, president of the Alle-Kiski Society, will induct the new Penn Staters into the Penn State Alumni Association.
