Weekly Alcoholics Anonymous meetings to be held at University Park

Fridays First Alcoholics Anonymous meetings will be held from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Fridays in Room 104 of the Pasquerilla Spiritual Center on the University Park campus. This is a closed meeting for anyone who has a desire to stop drinking. Free parking is provided -- attendees should park in the Nittany Parking Deck adjacent to the Nittany Lion Inn and bring their parking stub to the meeting.

In addition to the Friday’s First meeting, a new AA meeting will begin on Sunday, Aug. 28 and will continue every Sunday evening through April 22, 2012. This also is a closed meeting for individuals in recovery, and will be held from 8-9 p.m. in Room 235 of the HUB-Robeson Center.

Anyone who has a class assignment to attend an AA meeting is welcome to attend any meeting shown with the designation “open" on the meeting list of the AA District 43 website, at http://district43.com/meetinglist.html online.
