Professor Nancy Welsh to keynote ADR Symposium at Fordham Law

On Nov. 4, Penn State Law Professor Nancy Welsh will deliver the keynote address at the sixth annual Dispute Resolution Symposium in the McNally Amphitheatre at Fordham Law School in New York. The event is titled “Judicial Review of ADR Processes: What makes sense?”

Welsh’s keynote address will be followed by a question-and-answer period. In the second half of the program, a group of distinguished panelists will respond to the issues raised by Welsh regarding the appropriate level of review in various contexts with negotiation, mediation, arbitration and online processes.

Sponsored by the student-run Fordham Dispute Resolution Society, the event is open to the public. The program has been approved for continuing legal education credits. For more information, visit Fordham’s website.
