The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Publication Suite is now available to the Penn State community. ITIL is an online information technology management framework that provides educational publications to senior executives, managers, and decision-makers in the IT field. The reference collection incorporates a cohesive set of ITIL best practices drawn from the public and private sectors, and focuses on IT service management, development and operations.
The reference series is designed to offer best practice guidance and foster greater knowledge of IT service management for Penn State professionals whose businesses make use of IT. The suite contains a complete set of ITIL core reference books (from which the ITIL examination syllabus is drawn) and includes the following titles: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Service Improvement.
