Business faculty member authors publication

W. Timothy Few, assistant professor of business at Penn State Beaver, is the author of "Integrating Competitor Identification and Organizational Identity: a New Framework of Competitor Sensemaking," published in the International Journal of Business Environment, Vol. 4, No. 4, 2011.

Before teaching, Few was president of a Pittsburgh-based financial services company. His current research is focused on managerial competitor identification, managerial cognition, competitive response and the link between organisational identity and strategy.

Few holds a doctorate in strategic management and an executive M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business, as well as a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Colby College.
