Applications sought for Administrative Fellows Program

Applications are being sought for the Administrative Fellows Program for 2012-13. Mentors will be Robert Pangborn, interim executive vice president and provost; Damon Sims, vice president for Student Affairs; and Craig Weidemann, vice president for Outreach.

The Administrative Fellows Program, a joint program of the Office of the President and the Commission for Women, provides professional development opportunities for faculty and staff. By serving under the mentorship of a senior level administrator, fellows who are seeking the background necessary to compete at higher levels of administration will have an opportunity to broaden their perspectives and experience.

Standing faculty and staff at all University locations who meet the qualifications are strongly urged to apply. The starting dates of each fellowship will vary depending on the office and the fellow’s commitments. Applications, and additional information, are available online at and must be returned no later than Friday, Jan. 6, 2012.
