Greater Scranton Penn State Chapter hosts Phil Grosz Feb. 3

Phil Grosz, owner/editor of the Blue White Illustrated, will make his 29th annual appearance at Penn State Worthington Scranton at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 3, in the campus' Multi-Purpose Building (gymnasium).

Grosz has been the guest of the Greater Scranton Penn State Chapter for the past 28 years and returns again this year for his annual chat about Penn State football and to review the incoming class of Nittany Lion players. He will also conduct a question-and-answer session with the audience.

Each year, hundreds of Penn State football fans attend his presentation. “With the new head coach, Bill O’Brien, we expect a larger than usual crowd this year and plenty of questions,” said Jeff Mallas, chapter vice president.

Admission is free for chapter members or $15 for nonmembers. Memberships will be available at the door that evening.  Light refreshments will be provided.

Doors open at 6 p.m. so those attending are encouraged to arrive early, as there is no reserved seating.
