With the annual Staff Review and Development Plan (SRDP) season under way, the Office of Human Resources Professional Development team has several resources and programs available to assist staff, supervisors and new employees with their yearly review and development plan.
Professional Development’s programs are designed for new and current staff who would like to learn the components of the SRDP, how to summarize personal strengths, needs, accomplishments and goals, and to identify roles and responsibilities related to the SRDP.
Additionally, programs have been designed for supervisors who would like to know how to use Penn State’s SRDP to manage performance in a positive way and to ensure they are equipped with all the skills needed to establish a comprehensive and cohesive performance management system for their team.
