ITS' Willard Help Desk relocates to Libraries' Knowledge Commons

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- To provide better access to computer help services for students, faculty and staff, Penn State's Information Technology Services has relocated the help desk in Willard Building to the new Tombros and McWhirter Knowledge Commons at Pattee Library.

Now known as the IT Service Desk @ Knowledge Commons, the new service location brings IT support closer to the heart of campus. By moving to Pattee, IT Service Desk staff will be able to better assist students, faculty and staff with computer questions ranging from network connectivity and device setup to troubleshooting and malware removal. Walk-in support is offered seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Thursday; from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays; and from noon to 8 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
