The public is invited to attend Penn State Beaver’s Career and Business Expo from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, in the Student Union Building Lodge on campus. The event is sponsored by Beaver’s Office of Career Services.
The Career and Business Expo will enable job seekers to meet with employers regarding a variety of full- and part-time positions and internships. Organizations seeking volunteers also will be present. In addition, educational institutions will provide information about admissions, courses, careers, training, and job prospects.
People of all ages and backgrounds are encouraged to attend the Expo which will feature about 40 companies, businesses, schools and organizations.
Some companies and organizations that are already registered include Dollar Bank, Federal Air Marshals, Aflac, Fastenal Company, FedEx SmartPost, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Beaver County, Gregg Staffing Solutions, Keystone Simulation and Education Center, Penn State Beaver, La Roche College, PA CareerLink of Beaver County, Job Training for Beaver County, Villa St. Joseph, Western and Southern Financial Group, Geneva College Graduate Admissions, Mountain State University, DCI Career Institute, Glade Run Lutheran Services, Liken Staffing, and The Callos Company.
