Tune in to abc27 for Head and Neck Cancer: A Matter of Facts

More than 52,000 men and women are expected to be diagnosed with head and neck cancer this year. When detected early, there is greater chance of successful treatment. Head and neck cancer specialists from Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute are teaming up with abc27 to discuss treatment and prevention.

Viewers can call in and talk one-on-one with doctors on the panel during this live call-in show at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 15. Discussion will take place on risk factors and causes of head and neck cancer; the latest treatments including robotic-assisted surgery; and ways to help prevent this disease. The show will present stories about patients and families in the community and talk about how they beat this disease.
