The “By Land, Sea, or Air” program will include “Second Suite in F” by Gustav Holst, Pierre Leemans’ “March of the Belgian Paratroopers,” Jodie Blackshaw’s “Whirlwind” and “Of Sailors and Whales,” a five-movement setting by prolific American composer W.
