PSWS Alumni Society getting ready for annual breakfast fundraiser

The Penn State Worthington Scranton Alumni Society will host its annual Breakfast with the Nittany Lion from 9 a.m. to noon on Sunday, April 22, in The View Café, in the campus’ Study Learning Center.

Society members and volunteers will serve up a hearty breakfast of scrambled eggs, pancakes and sausage, along with juice, milk and coffee. There will also be face-painting, coloring books and photos with the Nittany Lion.

Tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for children under 12, and can be purchased from any PSWS Alumni Society member or by calling 570-963-2536.

The annual breakfast is one of several fundraising activities the PSWS Alumni Society participates in each year, with money raised going to help the society fund student scholarships and donations to campus projects, such as Nittany Lion Shrine at the campus entrance, the Business Building and the David and Ann Hawk Student Success Center.
