Talk to explore teaching technologies

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Bart Pursel, research associate/undergraduate education and instructional researcher, will lead “Technology and Pedagogy” from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Oct. 23, in 315 Rider Building.

Bart explores several University-supported technologies, including blogs, wikis, lecture capture and VoiceThread, focusing on specific pedagogies employed with these various technology tools. Attendees will come away with an understanding of how these technologies can be applied to teaching and learning, and where to go to get started with these technologies.

This session will be offered in a face-to-face format in 315 Rider Building, via Polycom and via Adobe Connect at https://meeting.psu.edu/technologyandpedagogy/.
