Forum to focus on terrorism, national security research

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The International Center for the Study of Terrorism (ICST), in conjunction with the Office of the Vice President for Research, will be holding an open forum on terrorism and national security studies research on the morning of Jan. 29 at the Nittany Lion Inn. Faculty members from any home department or campus are welcome to attend the interdisciplinary forum, which will include a light breakfast.

This forum is aimed at providing an innovative and efficient way to survey potential research synergies and to connect faculty with similar research interests. All attendees will present a “quick-fire” 60-second overview of their research interests using a provided PowerPoint template. Time will also be allotted for networking and break-out discussions based on research interests.
