November 16, 2012

The Penn State Beaver Office of Career Services is seeking donations to its Career Closet, a program designed to provide free professional apparel for male and female students seeking internships and/or jobs, now or following graduation.

The public is invited to donate clothing and other professional accessories that are gently used and clean, or new. In turn, the donations will be given to those planning to enter the workforce but in need of professional attire and/or business casual attire.

The following items are needed: skirt suits, skirts, pant suits, blouses, blazers, dress slacks, jackets, dress shirts, Oxford shirts, ties, solid-color polo shirts, dress shoes, belts and briefcases.

Clothing can be delivered during regular office hours to the Student Union Building, Room 101 or Room 115.

If interested in making a donation or obtaining more information, contact Larissa Ciuca, personal and student career counselor at or 724-773-3961.
