The Penn State Beaver Admissions Office will host two free workshops for prospective students and their families, Saturday, Feb. 2, in the Student Union Building.
An Application Workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Admissions Office, and a Financial Aid Workshop will be held from 10 a.m. to noon in the auditorium.
The Application Workshop will assist all those interested in applying for admission to Penn State. Participants can complete an application and those applying to Beaver campus may receive a decision instantly. All students must bring official transcripts. The usual $50 application fee will be waived, and campus tours will be available.
The Financial Aid Workshop will introduce parents and students to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and will offer a variety of information about how to finance a college education.
Registration is not required for either event.
