Center for Workplace Learning & Performance offers free training

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The Center for Workplace Learning & Performance (CWLP) has announced its scheduled spring 2013 programs, which will again be offered to employees at no charge.

The scheduled program offerings include topics ranging from dynamic presentations to a four-part program on effective project management. The upcoming programs are now open for registration and begin in January, running through June. Employees can browse the scheduled programs and register by going to the CWLP homepage at http://ohr.psu.edu/learning/ and clicking on the Seminars & Workshops button.

In addition to the seminars and workshops, the Center for Workplace Learning & Performance recently collaborated with Information Technology Services to create the Workplace Learning Gateway, a website dedicated to centralizing Penn State’s vast learning and training resources for faculty and staff. The Workplace Learning Gateway can be found at http://wlg.psu.edu/

The Center for Workplace Learning & Performance also offers a wide range of customized services for any professional development needs that extend beyond the offerings currently available. These services include employee planning, executive and leadership coaching, change management and consulting services.
