Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus is offering a five-week SAT Prep Course for high school students. The course is designed to help students best prepare for an important part of their college admissions process.The course includes strategies and techniques for taking the test and a review of verbal and math concepts. Students will also work on how to tackle the essay portion of the test. The 2013 spring SAT test dates are March 9, May 4 and June 1.
Three sessions of the SAT Prep Course are being offered at the Fayette campus. Each five-week session will cover all three test areas:-- 9 a.m. to noon, five Saturdays, Feb. 2 to March 2-- 9 a.m. to noon, five Saturdays, March 16 to April 13-- 9 a.m. to noon, five Saturdays, April 27 to May 25The course costs $109 (the textbook is included) and will use The Official SAT Study Guide: For the New SAT. Anyone who has a copy of the text may deduct $20 from the fee. Tuition for individuals repeating the Penn State Fayette course for the second time is $69.
