The National Science Foundation- supported Penn State Materials Research Science and Engineering Center, Center for Nanoscale Science, hosts two compelling interdisciplinary research groups pioneering the study of air-stable two-dimensional metals and crystalline oxides that are stabilized by high entropy. These efforts are interwoven with a diverse suite of education, outreach, and industrial efforts reaching out to a wide range of stakeholders.
