The National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine will make its Penn State debut at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 11 in Eisenhower Auditorium with a program featuring Dmytro Bortnyansky’s Concert Symphony in B-flat Major, Camille Saint-Saëns’ Piano Concerto No. 2 and Johannes Brahms’ Symphony No. 3 in F Major.
