Denanyae Evans, left, and Diora Jones, both fifth-grade students at Pfeiffer-Burleigh School, enjoyed creating edible aquifers at the Children's Water Festival, held May 18 at Penn State Behrend. "It’s kind of like a root beer float," Evans said as she sipped away.
