The focus of Penn State's 2013 National Autism Conference, to be held July 29 to Aug. 1 at the University Park campus, is to fight public misconceptions about the condition. While parents attend conference sessions, the Children's Institute provides an on-site, structured and fun environment for children and youth with autism, and their siblings.
