Great Valley data analytics students win at Wawa-HCL hackathon
Data analytics graduate students Harsh Anand, Atharva Mungee and Rahul Sharma won first place at the Wawa-HCL hackathon, their first hackathon in the United States. The group's models were able to predict Wawa sales data with 90 to 93 percent accuracy.

For a Penn State Brandywine senior who embraces creativity, the letters, arts, and sciences degree allowed her to craft an individualized path of study built upon her passion for art and photography.

International Fellowship Program welcomes first cohort
Earlier this year, Penn State announced that Paul and Beverly Perreault had provided a million dollar endowment for both international internships and veterans issues. In November, the endowment came to life with the opening of the Penn State Student Veteran Center, and with the announcement of the first round of Perreault Fellows.

Degrees from all Penn State campuses recognized by Chinese Ministry of Education
Diplomas from Penn State, University-wide, are now recognized by the Ministry of Education in China, which recently changed Penn State's listing on their website of American universities to read, "The Pennsylvania State University." Prior to a few weeks ago, Penn State's entry read, "The Pennsylvania State University (University Park)."
