Children's Miracle Network raises $4.4M for Penn State Children's Hospital
Children's Miracle Network raised $4,445,580.79 for Penn State Children's Hospital in 2018-19. The total was announced during the 35th annual Children's Miracle Network Telethon, which aired Monday, June 3 on WGAL-TV 8 from Penn State Children's Hospital.

PSECU supports Penn State's financial literacy program with $100K commitment
PSECU, Pennsylvania's largest credit union, recently committed $100,000 to support the Sokolov-Miller Family Financial and Life Skills Center at Penn State. The funding is intended to help the center maintain and enhance its popular online self-study curriculum, which is designed to strengthen Penn State students' financial capability.

Teacher's life work inspires $100,000 endowment for Shaver's Creek
Joan Turns' relationship with Shaver's Creek Environmental Center goes back 30 years as a patron, volunteer and employee. She and her husband, Steve, decided to turn that passion into a financial commitment to the center.

Alumnus proud to offer support to enhance student opportunities
Alumnus Marty Aronoff recently committed to an even greater and more lasting impact on Penn State students with two gifts — one creating a fund to enable student travel and another supporting establishment of an audio studio in the Donald P. Bellisario Media Center.
