On Friday, February 6, the Stuckeman School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture presented a showcase of student work and hosted a reception at the Penn State Center Engaging Philadelphia in conjunction with the city’s First Friday activities. Both the architecture and landscape architecture departments have had studios and projects based in Philadelphia in recent years. Fall 2014 work was showcased at the event, including architecture students' conceptual plans and models for the Norris Square Community Project, a community-driven, bilingual learning center, and master plan and site design for an area near Old City developed by landscape architecture students.
