Although the weather was anything but spring-like, the 2013 Penn State football team started spring practices on March 18 in Holuba Hall on the University Park campus. Coach Bill O'Brien, in his second year, will lead the squad through 15 practice days leading up to the annual Blue-White game on April 20 at Beaver Stadium.
