Penn State’s Senior Class Gift Committee announced on Oct. 27 the class of 2010's gift to the University: the Marsh Meadow Boardwalk and Overlook at the Arboretum. Seniors so far have pledged more than $19,000 to the project -- seen here in an artist’s rendering -- which will establish a boardwalk and overlook across the James J. and Lynn D. Ramage Marsh Meadow in The Arboretum at Penn State.

Mike Lampariello said that "the boardwalk will serve as a 'front door' for pedestrians entering the Arboretum and contribute significantly to the Arboretum's mission of 'scholarship, research, and education of the natural landscape.'"
