2009 Homecoming Parade 1
This youngster occupied herself by building a snowman before the start of the 2009 Penn State Homecoming Parade. The snow, which started falling Thursday night (Oct. 15), is expected to continue to fall into Saturday morning and has caused major changes in parking for the Penn State-Minnesota football game scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 17).
