Wallypalooza volunteers inside the UPUA refreshment tent inflated several sizes of beach balls for crowds to bat around overhead during the performances.

Next to an equally lonely giant plastic Twister game slick with rain, an abandoned dunk tank on the HUB lawn held still water and no dunk victim. Rainclouds threatened throughout the evening but generally didn't affect concertgoers until well into the 9 p.m. Wallypalooza headline act, Asher Roth.
