The Penn State School of Theatre will present "Word Up!" April 15 through 26, in the Playhouse Theatre, on the University Park campus.
"Word Up!" Rehearsal 002
The performance feature of combination of hip-hop elements -- graffiti art, deejaying, emceeing, spoken word and dance.
"Word Up!" Rehearsal 003
Curtain time for "Word Up!" is 8 p.m. April 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25. Matinees will be held at 2 p.m. April 19 and 26. Tickets are $10 for previews on April 15, 16 and 17. Evening tickets after that are $14. Student preview tickets are $8.50 with a valid Penn State ID.

The show features an ensemble cast of actors and dancers.
