Improve your team's management skills

The Supervision Essentials Series focuses on developing practical skills in four key areas related to successfully supervising and leading today’s individuals and teams. This Penn State program provides an excellent opportunity for newer supervisors, as well as those looking to advance to a supervisory position and move beyond the basics with a better understanding of supervisory skills and competencies.

This course is presented by Jamie Barton, vice president of Jack Rich Inc. Burton's dynamic personality, educational background and extensive knowledge of the business industry combines with the power of Penn State’s curriculum to provide attendees with invaluable material to take back and implement in their workplace for positive, effective change.

Second Session

The second eight-week session explores:

  • Solving Problems, Managing Priorities
  • Developing Individuals and Teams

The series will be held Thursdays, May 13, to July 1, 9 a.m. to noon, and is hosted by Penn State Schuylkill.

This course is a $1,200 investment and includes all course materials. Discounts may apply for Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce members.
