Students are outfitted with new masks, face shields, and gloves prior to every lab session, and their stations are set up to provide appropriate social distancing.

    Skyler Sandner, a first-year student at Penn State from Scituate, Mass., began to unload her families car for move-in to her University Park residence hall on the morning of Aug. 18. Sandner will be studying Technical Theatre at Penn State. First-year students are stagger-scheduled to move on to campus through the week.

    A shipment of 300,000 branded masks with 'We Are Penn State' sewn on the front were delivered to the University Park campus this week. Boxes containing the branded masks were distributed to buildings and departments on the morning of Aug. 20.

A tropical subshrub, the Sedona Sunset plants are just part of the colorful array of flowers and shrubs surrounding the facility's Overlook Pavillion. The Arboretum at Penn State is open to the public dawn to dusk.

    A crew from WPSU TV was producing a 'PPE Policy, Classroom Organization and Safety' video at various locations around the University Park campus on Aug. 5. The video will provide guidance for faculty, staff, and students about personal protective equipment (PPE) policies, classroom management, and physical distancing for fall semester 2020.
